"Discover How You Can Get Through Your C-Section
Recovery Quickly with Less Pain and Fatigue &
Get Your Life and Shape Back Sooner..."
As a C-Section Mom myself and Women's Health Researcher, I've learned of some
dramatically useful and powerful surgical and recovery information that I want to share with you as well
as some of my own personal advice and tips that will help you stress less during
surgery, recover quickly and alert you to dangerous C-Section complications and
risks. You may even be able to avoid having a C-Section altogether.

To A Personal Message from Elizabeth
Dear Moms and Moms To Be,
If you just had a C-section or expect to have one,
C-Section Recovery can be tough. I know, I've been there. It's painful, it's depressing and it can
seem to take forever to feel like yourself again.
Through my own personal C-Section experiences
and research I've discovered some extraordinary, yet not well publicized, information that will help you recover
faster, get back into shape quickly without the fatigue.
I'll also demonstrate some
key essentials for how you can
avoid overall health and future birth complications from having a C-Section; and there are
several.
Here's what I can help
you with.
Experience Less C-Section recovery pain.
I'll show you how to easily and comfortably move throughout your day with less pain and
less fatigue so you can enjoy your new baby, and your new life.
Get your shape back safely. Look better faster
which will have your friends and family amazed at how great you look after just having had
abdominal surgery.
Learn the breastfeeding techniques that make
breastfeeding successful and give you more of a bonding experience.
Ways to minimize your C-Section Scarring
and Adhesions. Scars and adhesions are a
significant side effect of having a C-Section. In fact abdominal adhesions
resulting from your C-Section can cause complications many years later. I'll show you ways you
can reduce the effects of adhesions and avoid future pain and suffering.
...and there's so much more.
In fact, I'm going to introduce you to things that you're not likely to hear about from your doctor or
your girl friends.
I'm committed to helping you
every step of the way so that you are not alone but instead have the support and guidance you need for a healthy
C-Section recovery and birth experience that puts YOU in control.
Why Listen To Me?
My name is Elizabeth, both my children were delivered
via c-section which resulted in long, painful C-Section recoveries that impacted my quality of life as well as
bonding with my babies.
Having a C-Section Burst my childbirth bubble. My C-Section recovery left me with pain,
fatigue, breastfeeding troubles and depression.
But let me tell you that it doesn't have to be that way. If I'd known
then what I know today, my birth experience would have bee more rewarding and my c-section recovery would
have been so much easier and less
painful.
Because of my own painful and
disappointing C-Section experiences, it saddens me that other women may be going through the same things that
I did.
That alone has motivated
me to help moms all over the
world:
- Feel safe about having a
C-Section
- How to Plan for a C-Section if you know beforehand you will have one
- Understand the c-section
procedure
- Understand how to avoid complications and
risks
- Recover quicker with less
fatigue
- Communicate intelligently with your
doctor
- Create a lasting bond with your baby, regardless
of just having had abdominal surgery
- Fully understand why C-Sections occur and what alternatives
you may have

"Highly Recommended to anyone having a
baby"
Tue, March 27,
2007
Dear
Elizabeth,
I want to thank you very much for your wonderful tips and c-section
recovery advice. I had no idea how likely a woman is of having a c-section!
But you've really enlightened me on everything I need to know about
c-sections and all the considerations I have when making the decision to have one.
This book is a MUST HAVE for any mother to be for having a
stress-free C-section by helping us understand what to expect and coaching us on making the right
decisions.
I highly recommend it to anyone having a baby or planning to get
pregnant. Actually, it would make a great shower gift!

I've done all the
research for you. I'll show you what works and what doesn't.
I'll demonstrate the safe and effective ways to transition into normal life again, including the easy ways I used to get back into shape
quickly.
This isn't a time for
fear, pain, fatigue, depression or loss of control. My intention is to guide
you on how to prepare for your surgery, eliminate confusion, clarify concerns and communicate
effectively with your doctor so that you get what YOU want, not what your doctor wants.
The Biggest Problems With C-Sections
Are...
They're often unexpected. If something is unexpected you'll be
unprepared and if you're not prepared you can't effectively manage your
situation. You're putting your life and your baby's birth in the hands of someone else, hoping for
the best. That's no way to have a baby.
Recovery is Painful! A C-Section is full blown
abdominal surgery. That means a painful incision, phenomenal muscle soreness and gas pain. There
won't simply be a few moments of pain, there can be several weeks of it.
Fatigue and loss of
energy. Your body has some major healing to do after a c-section which means loss of
energy, fatigue and often depression -- and you still have a baby to care for! Life can be miserable
when it should be memorable.
Ugly scarring and abdominal adhesions. Scarring can be
ugly and embarrassing, not to mention the disruption abdominal adhesions can cause. Sadly these
are things doctors don't tell you about.
Bonding and Breastfeeding are often
more difficult. Discomfort and pain can lead to undue stress, frustration, disappointment and
let down.
Are these the experiences and memories
you want to have from your baby's Birth?
I WOULD HOPE NOT! :-

Hi Elizabeth
I just had my second c-section 3 weeks ago and unfortunately I only
got your book a couple days after surgery.
With my second surgery my pressure level went down to 58/53 while on
the operating bed, luckily my DH was there to indicate to the Doctors present what was going on.
Then after surgery the nurses gave me the pain meds 2 hours late which resulted in extreme pain and
my story can go on.
Forgetting this I have a beautiful and charming daughter who already
has my DH smitten. She is a joy and a blessing.
Your book is so informative and relevant that anyone I know who is
pregnant or thinking about it I would share your site with them, it's like the bible on a c-section
delivery.
Great job and thanks so much for sharing with the world.
May God bless you for this gift.
