Real Help For a Speedy C-Section Recovery,
A Smoother Delivery & The Best
Ways to
Minimize The Pain and Risks
Associated with Cesarean
Births
Greetings
From:
Elizabeth McGee, B.A. Psychology
Dear Mom To
Be,
Are you worried
about ...
• The Pain, discomfort and fatigue associated
with C-Section
Recovery?
• How You will recover and care
for your baby at the same
time?
• The complications, risks and health concerns
surrounding having a
c-section?
• How to know if a c-section is truly
necessary?
• How having multiple c-sections might impact
future births & your overall
health?
• How to know if a VBAC (Vaginal Birth after a
C-Section) is possible or even right for
you?
If you've been
told you may need a c-section or you are considering a
cesarean birth, these are important questions that you
need answers to. Having a smooth cesarean delivery,
avoiding the risks and recovering quickly with
less pain is possible and I'm determined to
help you achieve them.
Who Am I And Why Am I Telling You
This?
My name is Elizabeth, both my
children were delivered via c-section. Both my
c-sections resulted in long, painful recoveries that
severely impacted my quality of life and
bonding with my
babies.
When I had my first c-section I was
completely caught off guard, scared and
confused. My second c-section was merely a
directive from my doctor, but looking back today I
believe the outcomes could have been much different,
actually they could have been a lot
better.
Don't allow fear, confusion and a long,
painful recovery rob you of these most precious moments
in your
life, I urge you to take the time you need to
plan carefully and do what is
necessary to help avoid the pain, recover
quickly and enjoy those first moments
with your baby. They only come
once!
"...but before you have a c-section,
prepare yourself,
...but not with advice from your
girlfriends."
With so many c-sections being performed
today it's easy to experience "information
overload" particularly from the internet, chat rooms
and forums.
Every woman's situation is different so it's
important for you to determine what's right for
you based on your needs, wants and
medical history. Women need to be able to sort out
the issues, eliminate the confusion and clarify
concerns.
The more you know, the more 'in
control' you will be, meaning you will also be
able to confidently participate in the decisions
being made about the birth of your
child.
This isn't a time for fear, pain, fatigue,
depression or loss of control. You want to cherish every
moment of your most precious baby’s
birth.
The Biggest Problems With C-Sections
Are...
C-Sections
are often unexpected. Unless your doctor has told
you a c-section is necessary, most new moms never expect
to have a surgical birth. And if you ever hear those
words unexpectedly - it's
frightening.
A C-section
is Painful. You've been cut wide open. Your
body has been traumatized. There won't simply be a few
moments of pain, there can be several days of
it.
Fatigue and
loss of energy. Your body has some major
healing to do after a c-section which means loss of energy
and fatigue. But you still have a baby to care for.
Life can be miserable when it should be
memorable.
Bonding and
Breastfeeding are often more difficult.
Discomfort and pain can lead to undue stress, frustration,
disappointment and let down.
Are these the experiences and
memories you want to have from your baby's Birth?
CERTAINLY NOT!
Here's the
Unique Guide That Can Help You Avoid
These Things
These are the
medical facts, remedies, personal tips and just
good advice to help you not only
quickly and easily recover,
you will find out how to
effectively:
•
Eliminate Your Pain
• Enjoy Bonding with your baby
• Experience more energy & less fatigue
• Avoid the Risks to both you and your baby
• Diminish
Depression
No more worrying about future births, miserable hospital
stays, fatigue, pain, ugly scarring, health risks, having sex
again, going back to work or just getting back to normal in
general.

Hi
Elizabeth!
First of all, thank you so
much for writing this book! I am a
pediatrician and am currently 22 weeks
pregnant with my third child, which will
be my third c-section. I'm sure
I'll be writing you more later with my
story, but wanted to stop and drop you a
quick line.
I love the book so
far!
Thanks again!

Hi Elizabeth
I just had my second c-section 3 weeks ago and
unfortunately I only got your book a couple
days after surgery.
With my second surgery my pressure level went
down to 58/53 while on the operating bed,
luckily my DH was there to indicate to the
Doctors present what was going on. Then after
surgery the nurses gave me the pain meds 2
hours late which resulted in extreme pain and
my story can go on.
Forgetting this I have a beautiful and charming
daughter who already has my DH smitten. She is
a joy and a blessing.
Your book is so informative and relevant that
anyone I know who is pregnant or thinking about
it I would share your site with them, it's like
the bible on a c-section delivery.
Great job and thanks so much for sharing with
the world.
May God bless you for this gift.
