3. Do not spam the blogs or forums.  Only make useful, helpful, constructive comments, otherwise your comments will be deleted.

Remember to use your keyword phrase as a text link in your article  resource box. If your site is not ranking well for your chosen keywords, this will get your site to begin ranking well for those keywords.
