I Want A Refund!

I got an email today from Willie Crawford that caught my eye because it was about a response Willie gave to a customer who had requested a refund for an informational product he had purchased from Willie. 

I don't know exactly what the product was, but it appears that it was an informational product of some kind for a plan on how to make money.

Here's exactly what the customer wrote to Willie:    

"I JUST bought this book. I skimmed through it and I was
hoping for some new fast cash information.  but all of
the info in this ebook… I already know  and have hundreds
of references to on my computer…  There is nothing new in
here for me… can I please  get a refund?"

Of course Willie refunded his customer and was happy to do so, but it's not the refund that's the problem, the problem is that these type of customers are often dealing with frustration, they're desperate to earn fast money and many times they simply don't focus enough on get started putting what they just learned into action.

Case in point, I offer a nice little informational e-book called Easy Income Plan, which is about how to get started making money with informational products and ebay.  Now I think this is a great plan for making money online and I've had only 1 refund request, which I gladly honor, but I know for a fact that many people who buy this product, read it (maybe) and then put it on hold.  I know that because I've gone back on occasion and asked a few of my buyers. Turns out they liked it but have done nothing. Why is that? 

Taking the example of Willie's customer above, his customer says he didn't learn anything new and has all the same information on his computer already.

Ok, I have to ask, what has he done with this information?  Willie Crawford is no slouch and puts out quality, useful information.  If someone can't use that information to help them make money online then the problem really stems from their inability to put the process they just learned into action.

Starting any business that you can be successful at requires 4 basics:

1. The mindset that you want a business and you will do whatever it takes to be a success.  This often means lots of research, time and learning but it pays off in the end.

2.  Patience to stick with it no matter what unfortunate circumstances come your way. This is often a tough one but it too pays off in the end.

3. Staying focused and organized. Find one thing; focus solely on making that one thing earn money for you.  Involving yourself in too many things at once and diminish your chances for success.

4. Actually Doing it.  Speaks for itself.

So if you've tried getting online with the hopes of making an online business work for you and you've spent money on products, tools and information and you're still not making money, take a closer look at what your doing or not doing. How's your focus and commitment? Do you have a solid plan?  

Don't be looking for that easy and fast money maker.  Instead, look at what you truly want, how you can make it work, get focused then as Nike says "Just Do it".
