One of the ways I like to promote affiliate products is with my own domain name. This is not only easy to do, there are two great benefits. One BIG benefit is that it cuts down on affiliate theft. The other benefit is that you’ll get rid of that ugly affiliate link.

If you’re an Amazon California affiliate, no doubt you’ve heard the recent news that Amazon has terminated all California affiliates. This new Bill signed by Jerry Brown, governor of California, to collect Internet sales tax from retailers outside the state has resulted in Amazon terminating all California affiliates effective June 29, 2011.
