An Easy Way To Create Blog Posts Faster

create blog postsLast week I mentioned that I just created a new blog and also showed you how to create a WordPress blog yourself from scratch.

Hopefully you were inspired and have your blog already set up, or at least working on it ;-)

Now you need a way to write great blog posts and do it fast.

Blogging requires content on a regular basis, and it’s always better if you write your own posts, but not everyone enjoys writing or has the time.  That’s OK.

There’s still an easy way to create interesting, useful blog posts without writing them entirely yourself or coming up with ideas on your own.

Here are some awesome resources for creating blog posts faster helping you connect with your readers and encourage return visitors.

If you’re someone that has trouble coming with with post ideas, organizing your thoughts and writing content that is interesting and useful, this post is for you.

It’s about using content that is already written, all you have to do is customize the content to make it your own.

The keyword here is ‘customize‘.

Where can you get content like this?  It’s called PLR (Private Label Rights)

Now before you dismiss the idea as bad. Let me assure you it’s quite good.   I use PLR myself and I love it because I can create unique, interesting posts in half the time.  Instead of staring at a blank screen frustrated about what to write I can have a base to work from that I can tailor to become whatever I want.  And it allows me write blog posts in less than half the time it takes me to write something from scratch.   I have a life outside of blogging so that’s a huge time saver for me ;-)

I don’t use PLR for every blog post but if I’m suffering writer’s block, pressed for time or I’m just not in the mood to write, PLR is a lifesaver.

You see, there are typically two things that bloggers have a hard time with.

1) Consistently for publishing blog posts on a schedule.

2) Coming up with interesting ideas to post about.

PLR solves both of those problems giving you more time to do other things.

All you have to do is to look for PLR content that relates to your niche and customize it.  Customization involves simply rewording sentences the way you would prefer to say them and then adding your own ideas, stories, comments and personal phrases.

Customization IS important.

If you want the search engines to index your blog and drive traffic, you need to include your own  unique personal flavor and offer additional personal ideas. But that’s not the best reason for customization.    Your readers need to hear your voice in what you write.  They also don’t want to read dull, lifeless content that loses them after the first 5 seconds of reading it so spice it up with your own unique personality.

WARNING:  Not all PLR is worth using. Most of it is CRAP!

New PLR sites pop up every day so you have to be smart about where you get your PLR content.    I’m very choosy about the PLR sites I use and you should be too.

Here are the only sites I purchase my PLR from:

One last thought

Your blog posts won’t write themselves, and if you’re falling behind on content or just don’t have as much time as you’d like, grabbing some quality PLR that you can use to keep readers interested and monetize your blog will help you keep your blog, unique, fresh, interesting and alive.

In just a few minutes a day you can have your post written and done.  Or with a little planning you could even have all your blog posts written and scheduled for a week, a month or even a year.

Wouldn’t that a lot less stressful?

Blessings,

  1. Hi Agent, You’re not really using someone else’s content, the content is private label rights meaning you buy it and it becomes yours but you have to customize it.

This method is not for everyone, but if you’re someone that needs a writing boost or more to go on that pulling from a blank slate, PLR is a great catalyst to get you started.

  2. Hey Kat, that’s a legitimate concern. PLR is should be nothing more than a shell to guide you. Whatever is written in a PLR needs to be basically rewritten by you to include your own style and voice. I like it because it gives me more than a blank slate to work with but my readers can hear my voice because it reworded in my own words.

  3. Hey Tom, Updating your own personal blogs with your own original articles is absolutely the goal. But for someone that has several sites, particularly affiliate sites, customizing PLR helps a lot, especially if you have many sites.

  4. Robert, PLR isn’t right for everyone or every blog. If you use PLR, the goal of your blog and how well you customize your PLR all make a difference in your blog’s success. Thanks for your feedback :-)
