Business is About Forming Relationships

The internet is about developing relationships, yes, even when it comes to business.  It's the relationships that are what count.

So whatever your industry, remember to form real, lasting, honest relationships with others in your industry.  But understand that these relationships should never be primarily for personal gain.  If they are, it will become obvious.  Your online business relationships should be to make yourself available to your customers as well as your colleagues.   Let them count on you for information and assistance.

Yes, business is about making money but life is all about people.  Always remember that and you will be motivated, encouraged and successful in your business endeavors time and time again.

These relationships should never be one-sided and never solely for personal gain, because your motives will always show through. Form genuine relationships, the kind where these people can call on you as needed, and they know they can "count on you" and you "can count on them."

Business is about "making money," but life is "all about people." Never forget that and you'll be encouraged and renewed time and time again.
