About 50% of my online business comes from follow-up email, that means I need an email autoresponder service that is reliable and helps me get the most out of my email campaigns. With Aweber's online training and continuous advice I know how to use email to my advantage and get the most sales from my targeted visitors.

Most online businesses don't take the time to learn how to create email lists and use them to their advantage, that means email marketing gets a bad reputation because of spammers and improper use. That's unfortunate because, used properly and legitimately, email marketing in conjunction with a good autoresponder such as Aweber means constant and effective communications with your site visitors and customers - and that's one of the best marketing strategies there is.  

My Personal experiences with Aweber

I've been using aweber for about 3 years now and I don't mind telling you, I had some extremely frustrating experiences with email autoresponders prior to using Aweber.

When I first started sending out my newsletter I used a free autoresponder that came with my hosting service.  It worked quite well for awhile, or so I thought.  Then I began to realize that many of my viewers weren't getting my emails because, you guessed it ...many web hosted email servers get "blacklisted".

What's even worse is those email servers run into problems the more subscribers you add and I was definitely experiencing some of that - my subscribers weren't getting my emails! 

What I also came to find out was that most hosting services use third party email scripts to send your emails and those scripts generally aren't supported, so they don't care! They're not in the email marketing business, it's not a priority to them.

Where does that leave you?  It leaves you without a reliable email autoresponder and most likely a low email delivery rate.

If you're running an online business you need to know that your viewers and customers are getting your emails and newsletters.  It's your biggest form of communication online and it has to be reliable.

There are plenty of free email services out there like sendfree and responders.com but the problem with the free services is that they send advertisements along with your emails and present an unprofessional look.  This can be a 'turn off' to many of your email subscribers. You want a service that's in the business of making my email communications a priority.

If you've been using a free email autoresponder it's a tough decision to go with a paid service, but if customer response and more sales is your ultimate goal, and it should be, then the decision is almost a no-brainer.

What has been the most impressive are the Aweber features.  I have access to newsletter templates, message personalization, email stats, ad tracking, spam control, web form generators and new features that are added almost monthly. 

For $19.95 a month, Aweber has been one of the best and most reliable services I use today. My business strategies often change and I sometimes have to rethink my use of services but my reliability on Aweber has never waivered.  Since using Aweber my emails get delivered, I get a higher response rate from my viewers and I've had a exceptional increase in sales. As long as I'm in business I'm not likely to let go of that.
